The Swedish Association of Public Purchasers (SOI) is a non-profit association of some 1 500 public purchasers and public procurement officers.
SOI is promoting the development of a professional procurement for the public sector, by increasing the knowledge about and interest in public procurement. We increase the business skills of our members through conferences, networks and seminars and we influence decision makers on public procurement to create more flexible and adaptable laws and rules.
